Frequently Asked Questions
Here's a list of some of the most commonly asked questions by our clients, to help you find what you need quickly and easily. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
What can I expect during my first visit?
Your initial appointment will involve a thorough assessment of your condition, including a discussion of your symptoms and medical history, as well as establishing aims for your treatment course.

We then get to work and begin treatment - which may include manual therapy, dry needling, joint mobilizations and therapeutic exercises to get you on your way to full recovery from the very first meeting.
How is a visit to your clinic different to the kupot cholim (HMOs)?
Our aim is to make you feel welcome, supported and understood throughout the process. We take the time to understand and assess your issues, we use best-practice, evidence-based treatment, without relying on gimmicks. We treat in a beautiful, private treatment room, and have access to a state-of-the-art exercise gym. And we would never see more than one patient at any one time!

All of this is only possible in the private sector.
Do you work with insurance?
Members of Clalit (Mushlam or Platinum) are eligible for partial refunds.

Furthermore, private insurers refund up to 80% of my treatment fee.

We will gladly assist you to receive your maximum rebate from all insurers.
How long will it take to see results?
Results vary depending on the nature and severity of your injury. We'll work with you to develop a treatment plan that optimizes your chances of a speedy recovery, and adjust our treatment plan as your situation changes.
Do I need to see a doctor before coming to physiotherapy?
Absolutely not! You can come to physiotherapy with or without a referral. You can also come with or without medical scan results. If we feel you need an onward referral to a specialist we will guide you to the best available practitioner.

Even without a doctors referral we can assess, diagnose and treat most orthopedic conditions.
How should I prepare for my first appointment?
Please come with comfortable, athletic clothing, with sports shoes. You can change in the clinic. If you already have relevant medical documents, you can bring them along too.

Please arrive before your treatment time, make yourself a coffee and we'll be right with you.
